Tier 1 / Site Reporter / Live evidence layer

Your site group.
Your daily record.
Your signature.

Your site's WhatsApp group, turned into a daily progress report. Drafted by Prensia. Reviewed and signed by your engineer.

The reporting gap

The work is on site.
The evidence is in the chat.

A finished pour. A delayed delivery. An open action. The conversation holds the detail; the daily record needs a consistent structure.

Without a structured draft

Rebuild the day by hand.

Read through the group. Find the quantities. Reconcile the messages. Put the day into the report format. Then check it again.

With the Site Reporter

Start from a draft you can inspect.

Prensia organises the conversation into a fixed A–L report. The engineer checks the sources, corrects the draft and signs the record.

01 / The workflow

Your group.
A clear record.
Your signature.

The work already happens in the conversation. Prensia gives it a structure your engineer can review, without changing how the field reports.

01

The conversation stays.

Your team keeps using its existing WhatsApp group. Arabic and English text, and photos with captions, become the inputs.

02

The record takes shape.

Prensia drafts one daily progress report in a fixed A–L format. A reviewable draft is scheduled for about 07:15 Saudi time.

03

The engineer decides.

An engineer reviews, edits and signs. The signed version is locked; only signed reports are emailed to opted-in recipients.

02 / Built for review

A record you can
question.

A polished report still needs evidence. The draft is built to trace numbers to source messages, and the engineer stays responsible for the signed record.

Inside the Site Reporter

Follow the number.

Retained messages let the engineer check the source behind a report figure.

01

Keep the human judgement.

Review and edit the draft before signing. Prensia does not sign for you.

02

Freeze the signed version.

The signed report is locked. Only signed versions are emailed to opted-in recipients.
