Why it is used
To draft one fixed-format daily progress report each morning for a human engineer to review, edit and sign.
Human control
The generated report remains a draft until an engineer reviews and signs it. The signed version is locked.
Retention
Messages are retained so every reported number can trace back to a source message. The retention period is set per client agreement.
COMMERCIAL TERMS
Proposed, then agreed in writing.
Authorisation
The client must be authorised to connect the relevant site group and use its content for reporting.
Pricing
Public prices are proposed starting points per project per month. Final scope and terms are agreed in writing. Free pilots are not offered.
Report status
A Prensia output is a draft until a human engineer reviews and signs it. Only signed versions go to opted-in recipients.
PROJECT AGREEMENT
Retention and data requirements are set with the client.
